SHIPPING POLICY

At PSAL-Store, we carefully prepare and package every order to ensure that your products arrive safely.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.

During busy periods, holidays or special promotions, processing may take longer.

DELIVERY TIMES

Belgium: 2–5 business days
European Union: 3–8 business days
Other destinations: 7–15 business days

The delivery times above are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to the shipping carrier, customs, weather conditions or other circumstances outside our control.

LEGAL DELIVERY PERIOD

For orders placed by consumers in Belgium, goods will be delivered without undue delay and, unless another delivery period has been agreed with the customer, no later than 30 days after the purchase agreement has been concluded.

If the agreed delivery period or the legal 30-day period is not respected, the customer may have the right to request an additional reasonable delivery period. If the order is still not delivered within that additional period, the customer may have the right to terminate the agreement and receive a refund.

TRACKING

When your order has been shipped, you may receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to follow the delivery of your package.

Please make sure that your delivery address is correct before completing your order.

DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs of the package and the damaged product.

If your package appears to be lost, please contact us so that we can assist you.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT FEES

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or other charges may apply.

Any customs duties or import taxes charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

PSAL-Store is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please check your shipping address carefully before completing your order.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping costs may apply if the order needs to be shipped again.
